Remote Desktop Web Connection

(This service requires Internet Explorer)

Type the name of the remote computer you want to use, select the screen size for your connection, and then click Connect.

When the connection page opens, you can add it to your Favorites for easy connection to the same computer.


 

Note: Users can also use your Remote Desktop Connection found on any Windows XP system at Start-Programs-Accessories-Communications
 

**Printing to your local printer is printer dependent due to available drivers, manufacturer, etc.

IMPORTANT NOTE: Pop-up Blocking- The first use of the Remote Desktop Web Connection will result in a prompt to install an ActiveX control.  If pop up blocking is enabled you will need to allow this installation to occur to use this service.  Please see your Windows XP or 3rd party vendor documentation on the configuration and use of pop-up blocking.
